GENERAL REGISTRATION INFO

1) In general, there needs to be a minimum of 7 students enrolled for the class to continue. Maximum of 20 students allowed in each class. If there are not enough students for the class, class will be cancelled,  Notification class cancellations will be sent to students only if they have pre-registered for the class.

2) Some classes will require an additional $25.00 lab/supply fee which covers equipment, lab/studio and supply costs for the class. This fee applies to the following Sring classes: Technical Theatre, Storytelling and Art Encounters. 

3) Spring Presentation: At the conclusion of the Semester all students will participate in a stage presentation allowing them to demonstrate what they have learned during the Spring semester. Run-thru dates will be determined closer to performance time. Please see 'Payment Information' below for costume & prodution fees.

<$7/hour group class rate - based on Full Semester Registration.

<$9/hour Aerial group class rate - based on Full Semester Registration.

<$30 per 30 minutes private lesson rate.

Registration Fee: $10(dance/music/drama)  // $12(aerial) - this registration fee covers student administration. (One fee per student, not per class, per school year – non-refundable)

Costume & Production Fee: All students are required to pay a $10 production fee (per individual) and allows each student to invite as many guests to the end of the year production w/out selling tickets. Students are also responsible for the cost of their costume per class or per performance piece. Costume fees can range from $25-$100.

Audit Fee: (taking just one 'trial' or ‘drop-in’ class) is $10/class. If 'guest student' registers at conclusion of class,Audit Fee may be applied towards tuition. Please call the school office for information on auditing a class 480-464-3967.

Work Scholarships allow students (and/or parents) to “work” off portions of their tuition by assisting with different areas of the ministry. These are limited. Please contact our office at 480-464-3967 for more information.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If you drop a class prior to classes beginning, you will receive a full refund, less your registration fee

If you drop a class prior to February 1st, you will receive a 50% refund, less your registration fee

If you drop a class after February 1st, there is no refund.  

 

**Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be charged $25.
