A Message from our School Founder

Hello EAS families!

I would like to ask you to join us in welcoming Ballet Magnificat to Arizona toward the end of this month!  I have personally known Kathy and Keith Thibodeaux, founders of Ballet Magnificat, for many years and I could not be more honored to have them here and sowing into the lives of our students.  This truly is a rare treat to have a professional Christian company willing to take the time out of their tour to minister to our kids and our families.  I am so grateful to them and excited for you!  In fact, beyond the incredible workshops they will be providing for us, we have the opportunity to sow back into them, and their ministry, by hosting some of their company members in our homes and providing meals as a way of blessing them in return for their investment in us.   Jesus, in the book of Luke gave very specific instruction about our responsibility in caring for His ministers….

….After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them on ahead of him, two by two, into every town and place where he himself was about to go. 2 And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. 3 Go your way; behold, I am sending you out as lambs in the midst of wolves. 4 Carry no moneybag, no knapsack, no sandals, and greet no one on the road. 5 Whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace be to this house!’ 6 And if a son of peace is there, your peace will rest upon him. But if not, it will return to you. 7 And remain in the same house, eating and drinking what they provide, for the laborer deserves his wages….Lk 10:1-7

It is God’s plan that those who preach the gospel, through word or dance, be supported by those receiving their message. Jesus sent out the seventy, and even though they were not to think of themselves as objects of charity, Jesus did expect His body, the Church, to offer HIs ministers hospitality.  In Galatians 6:6 we are told….”let the one who is taught the word share in all good things with him who  teaches.’

With that in mind, if you would like the opportunity to partner with us in fulfilling this great command to care for God’s servants, we would be ever so grateful.  Below is how you can partner with us:

Host Homes Saturday Night (2/20) thru Wednesday Morning (2/24):

Each Host Home will need to host 2 Company Members
Each Company member will need a bed (so two beds; not a sofa bed or blow up bed, but a real bed)
Provide meals when Company Members are at your home (if you are working, you can leave food for them)
Transportation to and from EAS/Hillsong Phoenix (we will send you a schedule, and we may be able to assist with this if it creates a problem for you)

We will host an orientation meeting for all Host Home Hosts to answer all questions and ensure you are prepared to receive your Ballet Magnificat Company Members.  In the interim, you may connect with  jesse@experienceartsschool.com with any questions.

We also plan to host a few Company meals at Hillsong Phoenix and will be looking for individuals that will help us by bringing in food dishes, as well as serving meals to the Company members.  If you’re able to assist in this area, you may also connect with jesse@experienceartsschool.com for details.

Beyond that, you can help spread the word to your family and friends about our workshops AND also get your student registered!  Don’t miss this incredible opportunity!!!  You can find details on the Workshop by visiting us at www.experienceartsschool.com

Thank you for taking the time to read this WHOLE email!  AND thank you so much for entrusting your training, and students, to us at EAS  We are deeply honored and appreciative of your support!

Can’t wait to hear back from you!
