TIMES FOR DRESS REHEARSALS & SHOWS - DRESS CODE BELOW

Tuesday June 4th - REHEARSAL 5-9pm

CFTN Chandler - 670 N. Arizona Ave. Chandler 85225

  • 5:00 Call Time for Everyone

  • 5:00-5:30 Parents please stay for Parent Orientation (we will meet in the dance room, just to the right of the lobby)

  • 5:00-5:30 Students On Stage for Curtain Call and Warm-Ups

  • 5:30-9:00 Full Run-Thru

  • No costumes or make-up for this rehearsal

  • NO AERIAL REHEARSAL ON THIS DATE - Tuesday aerial classes will perform on Friday, and Thursday aerial classes will perform on Saturday

  • Younger students can stay until your class has finished rehearsing, then you are free to leave

Friday June 7th - DRESS REHEARSAL & FULL PERFORMANCE

All parents - please choose 1 show that you can volunteer. The 2 shows are exactly the same this year, so you will not miss anything by serving. We will need help in the lobby, auditorium and backstage.

  • 9:00-9:30 Get ready for run-thru (full hair and make-up)

  • 9:30-12:00’ish Full Dress Rehearsal

  • 5:45 On Stage with Hair & Make-up & Warm-ups

  • 6:00 Lobby Doors Open

  • 6:30-9:00 Show

  • 9:15-9:45 Clean-UP & RESET - ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT AND LENDING A HAND! Do not leave unless your director/instructor has released you. 

  • Please note: Combo will be dismissed to sit with their parents during intermission but can be brought up to the stage during curtain call (not mandatory).

Saturday June 8th - FULL PERFORMANCE

Please email info@experienceartsschool.com which night you will be serving. We will let you know your assignment the week of the show. Thank you!

PARENTS: Since we are renting the venue, please help us strike and clear out on Saturday evening. It honestly will not take very long this semester, especially with everyone helping. Students will not be released until everything is clean and reset. We will have 15 minutes after the show for students to take photos and hang with family and friends. Combo students are always released at intermission if parents would like to have them early, but are invited up for curtain call.

MAKE UP/HAIR/OTHER DETAILS 

**All performers need to be ready head to toe for both Friday Dress rehearsal and the Performance. 

That includes, full hair, full make up (no bright colors on the face such as purples, blues, greens etc...be natural about it), undergarments, and shoes! If you have any questions, feel free to contact your instructor

All Dancers, All Aerialists, All Vocalists (Male and Female)

Hair:

Female: French Braids to put in a low bun, pony tail, etc. (Hair will stay in the french braids, bun and or pony tail can change if needed), no flyaways

 Male:  Hair styled away from face and eyes

Undergarments:

Female:  Black EAS Unitard, Flesh Toned Leotard (if requested by teacher), flesh toned convertible tights (needs to be worn at all times), black booty shorts (if requested by teacher)

Male: White fitted tank top, Black biker shorts             

Shoes:

Female:  Pink Ballet shoes, Tan Jazz shoes, Black Street shoes for Hip Hop (some white is fine, no bright colors), Barefoot (Contemporary), Nude character shoes for vocals
