Please bring dinner for your student on dress rehearsal days. PIP will provide food on performance days.

Sunday December 3rd - FULL DRESS REHEARSAL

  • 12:30-5:00 Strike, Set Stage, and Set up Back Room (12:00pm Get Marley from Dance Room A) 

  • 3:00-4:45 

  • 4:45-5:00 

  • 5:00-5:30 AERIALS 1 STAGE TIME 

  • 5:00 Call Time for Everyone Else + Get into first costume  

  • 5:30-6:00 Parent Orientation, Parents please stay for orientation (front of house/worship center)

  • 6:00-6:10 Run curtain call

  • 6:30-9:00 Full Dress Run-Thru (Younger students stay until your class is finished, then you are free to leave)

MAKE UP/HAIR/OTHER DETAILS 

**All performers need to be ready head to toe for both Dress rehearsal and the Performance. 

That includes, full hair, full make up (no bright colors on the face such as purples, blues, greens etc...be natural about it), undergarments, and shoes! If you have any questions, feel free to contact your instructor

All Dancers, All Aerialists, All Vocalists (Male and Female)

Hair:

Female: French Braids to put in a low bun, pony tail, etc. (Hair will stay in the french braids, bun and or pony tail can change if needed), no flyaways

 Male:  Hair styled away from face and eyes

Undergarments:

Female:  Black EAS Unitard, Flesh Toned Leotard (if requested by teacher), flesh toned convertible tights (needs to be worn at all times), black booty shorts (if requested by teacher)

Male: White fitted tank top, Black biker shorts             

Shoes:

Female:  Pink Ballet shoes, Tan Jazz shoes, Black Street shoes for Hip Hop (some white is fine, no bright colors), Barefoot (Contemporary)

Combo/Tumbling for Tots/Music for Tots

Hair:

Combo/Music

Girls: High pony tail, curled; if too short, half up half down, curled

Boys: Hair styled away from face and eyes

Tumbling: Two french braids, parted down the middle; if too short, half up, half down

Undergarments

Tuesday Combo: no show socks

Wednesday Combo: white lace topped dress socks (that fold over at the ankle); Black socks for boys

Shoes

Combo: Black Tap shoes, with black laces

Tumbling: Barefoot
